Cancellation Policy

The following guidelines apply:

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or a cancellation fee will be charged.

At LWD Esthetics we require a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment start time, 50% of the service scheduled will be charged to the card on file. As for NO SHOW appointments, 100% of the service scheduled will be charged to the card on file.

You will be able to reschedule your appointment up to 3 times, after the 3rd time your account will suspended from booking any future appointments unless approved by the professional. This ensures that the professional's time is protected and spots are available to committed clients.
